These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to healthcare providers and content creators using our online platforms and services, such as websites and apps, owned and operated by Dorado Healthcare DNP. (dba "DoradoHealth.com"), including DoradoHealth.com and related sites (the "Sites"), and the services provided through the Sites ("Services"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the Sites. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on our privacy practices, including the handling of personal health and financial information.

SITE OWNERSHIP

PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

Your relationship with users (including patients) is solely between you and the users; DoradoHealth.com is not involved in the provider-patient relationship and does not offer medical services. Providers are solely responsible for their interactions with patients, including billing and collections.

MEDICAL JUDGMENT AND INDEMNIFICATION

Providers must use the Sites and Services according to good medical practice standards. You are responsible for complying with all medical practice laws and regulations. You agree to indemnify DoradoHealth.com against any claims related to your use of the Sites and Services, including claims arising from noncompliance with insurance contracts or laws.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Sites, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, agreeing that such electronic interactions meet legal requirements.

Subject to these Terms and any applicable fees, DoradoHealth.com grants you a limited license to use the Services. If there's a separate subscription agreement, those terms also apply and will prevail over any conflicting Terms here.

To terminate your account, please refer to your subscription agreement's provisions and process.

While DoradoHealth.com strives for accuracy, the Sites may contain errors. Please notify us of any inaccuracies so we can correct them.
